Keenwork

Last updated October 1, 2026

This policy explains what Keenwork collects, why, and what we do with it. Keenwork is published by Clark Allen, United States.

In one sentence: the free version of Keenwork shows ads, which means an advertising partner collects your device’s advertising identifier; Keenwork stores your scores only on your device, has no accounts, and we never sell your personal information.

What we collect

Purchase status
Whether you’ve bought the one-time ad-free unlock, so the app knows to stop showing ad breaks. Handled by Apple, Google, and our purchase provider. We never see your payment card details.
Advertising identifiers and ad interaction data
In the free version only. Your device’s advertising identifier, general device and app information, and a coarse location derived from your IP address, used by our advertising partner to select and measure ads. The ad-free purchase stops this collection entirely.

What we do not collect

Advertising

The free version of Keenwork is paid for by advertising, served through Google AdMob. To select and measure those ads, Google receives your device’s advertising identifier, general device and app information, and a coarse location derived from your IP address. We do not receive that data ourselves — we see only aggregate totals of how many ads were shown.

How Google uses this data is described in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.

Turning off personalized ads

You can keep the ads but stop them being tailored to you:

The one-time ad-free purchase removes the ads and the advertising SDK’s data collection along with them.

If you are in the EU, UK, or Switzerland

The first time you open Keenwork you will be asked to consent to personalized advertising. You can decline and keep playing, and you can change your answer at any time from Settings › Privacy inside the app.

If you are in California

Showing you personalized ads counts as “sharing” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law, even though no money changes hands. You have the right to opt out, and the controls above are how you exercise it. We do not knowingly share the personal information of anyone under 16.

Who processes data on our behalf

We use a small number of service providers to run the app. Each one only receives what it needs:

Children

Keenwork is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, email us and we will delete it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. Because we hold so little, most requests are answered quickly. Write to [email protected].

Data retention

Support emails are kept until your question is resolved and then deleted on a routine schedule.

Changes to this policy

If we change what we collect, we will update this page and the date at the top. Material changes will be noted in the app’s release notes.
