Open Settings and tap Restore purchase, signed in with the store account that made the purchase. If that doesn't clear them within a minute, email support with your receipt and we'll sort it out.
Yes. Every game runs on-device. Without a connection you simply won't see ads — the games themselves work normally.
Not currently. Scores and streaks are stored on the device you played on, which is also why we never have to ask you for an account.
Every ad break — the ads that interrupt you between games. Optional rewarded ads stay available if you want one, but they only ever play when you choose to watch one. If you never tap them, you never see an ad and the ad software never starts.
On iOS, open Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking and switch off tracking for Keenwork. On Android, open Settings › Google › Ads and delete your advertising ID. You'll still see ads, but they won't be based on a profile.
It's rated for ages 13 and up. The games themselves are harmless, but the app shows advertising and isn't built to the standards a children's app requires, so we don't direct it at children.
Email [email protected] with your device model, OS version, and what happened. Purchase problems go faster if you attach the store receipt. We answer within two business days.
